Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• With all accessories and tags included

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Used or damaged products caused by the customer
• Products without original packaging
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or through bank transfer/EasyPaisa where applicable.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchange

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at additional shipping cost.
